Product Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You will need to specify: your order number, the returned product(s), the reason(s) for the return, and the refund amount requested. Please also send this information to our email address: info@florachaab.com along with the tracking number of the returned order.

We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims. If the item is refused by Florachaab, it will be returned to the customer at Florachaab's expense, and the customer will not be entitled to any compensation.
